Infant CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy is an excellent, gentle therapy for babies who are experiencing feeding issues, digestive discomfort, and increased fussiness, or as regular health care for your newborn.

Babywearing

Although commercial baby carriers and skin-to-skin devices include instructions, I have found it does not replace to one-on-one, hands on assistance. I provide personalized assistance for families to meet their Babywearing needs.

Child CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy incorporates a light therapeutic touch to help release bone and tissue restrictions in the body. This form of bodywork is gentle and supportive, yet creates deep change. Anyone who wants to improve the function of the nervous system, relieve pain or dysfunction in their body can benefit from CST.

Craniosacral therapy enhances fluid flow and balances membrane tension, helping to bring increased vitality to the system.
SomatoEmotional Release helps rid the body of the residual effects of past trauma and negative emotional experiences.
Reiki helps balance the body's energy, promotes relaxation, and heightens the results.

Family Group CranioSacral Therapy Session

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle form of bodywork that is ideal for parents to receive along with their child, or for siblings to receive together. This aids in the release of tension, creates connection, and combines healing.
