Please Read These Quick Tips Before Scheduling

Creating An Account

  • Book the appointment using your child’s name and information. (On the create an account prompt- Are you booking for yourself? No, book for someone else)
  • Please create a username. Username should not be your email Most families use first name plus last name.

Scheduling Infant Immersion Package

  • Schedule the initial appointment; you will automatically be booked for the 60 minute follow up appointments at the same time for the following two days.
  • Deposit is due at time of booking; remainder of is due at first appointment.

Free Clinic- March 21 2026

For pre crawling infants ages newborn to 6 months. Care provided by pediatric trained Craniosacral Therapists from PA, VA, and the Baltimore area. Appointments are required and availability is limited for those experiencing CST for the first time. These sessions are completely free. Booking asks for a credit card, you will not be charged at any time.

Newborn to 6m | New Clients | Infant Immersion Program

A 6 session clinical program provided as a unified course of care. Visits are scheduled using a 3-2-1 approach: three visits the first week, two the second week, and one the third week. Beginning with a 90-minute evaluation followed by five 60-minute sessions. The program also includes parent CST, a babywearing fit check, and a personalized home plan.

6-12m | New Clients | Initial CST

For new client infants ages 6 to 12 months.

Infant CST Follow Up Session - Established Clients Only

Established clients only. Please book the 45 minute to re-establish care if we have not seen you for over a month.

Child CST (12 month - 18 year)- Accepting New Clients

CST for 12 month through 18 year old.

Adult CST/SER/Reiki Therapy - Accepting New Clients

Parent-Child / Sibling CST - Established Clients Only

For established clients only. Each child needs an evaluation before booking a combined session.

Kate Hudak is a Crasniosacral therapy practitioner and the administrative assistant at Nourish and Align. Her background of over 15 years in the allied health care field include a bachelor and masters degree in athletic training (sports medicine), Licensed Massage Therapist, Graston Technique (IASTM), 200-hour YTT, and a multitude of trainings in various therapeutic modalities. Her CST training has included Upledger Institute and Beames CST. Her focus in infant Craniosacral therapy is to support families with soft tissue restrictions to find ease and movement in their bodies.
